When you stay in your Birmingham hotel you will have easy access to all types of restaurant for your evening meal. If you fancy something hot then why not try a Balti meal.

Created in 1976 was Birmingham´s ´Balti Triangle´. This is an area that is reputed to have more Balti restaurants in one square mile than any other UK city. The Balti dish has swept into the taste buds of people by it's unique taste and cooking process.

The bowl you will eat out of is the same bowl your Balti was cooked in. There are various degrees of spice that you can have your Balti cooked in, from mild to very hot.
